Old Fashioned Fizz

Ingredients

lemon, juiced

crushed ice

egg whites

| 1-1/2 |

heavy cream
|
|
|
| 1-1/2 |

gin
|
|
|

tablespoon |
confectioner's sugar

|
|
Directions:
In shaker combine lemon, (juiced), ice, egg whites, heavy cream, gin and sugar; shake well. Strain into 8 ounce fizz glass.
